P.O.V.

Since Mr. Choubassi refused to use this video in Mobile Media course, i decided to put it in my blog! HUH!!! My POV of beirut is as usual different. I see Beirut as a routine. Everyday I have a cigaret, wash up, go to university, go to work, and finally spend the rest of the night on the internet. The point is how i see my own home city as a boaring one, while others see it exciting. So Mr. Choubassi... HOW DO YOU SEE BEIRUT?

Trapped

A video presents how a lebanese tourist can't live in a smooth calm city without suffering from monotony. He can't get rid of the noise he used to hear back in his home town Beirut. Cars, constructions, wheels spinning, and accidents, all are noises he hears when he go outside the dorm. The tourist tries his best to blend in, but he finds his safest place between his lebanese friends inside the dorms, not outside.

Snooker Trick Shots

After all, there must be some entertainment section in this course, so the video as the name say, present some trick shots, professional players do for fun and competition. Enjoy it!!

Beirut Night Life

The Video simply shows the bad idea people have aout the night life in Beirut. Since Lebanon attracts big numbers of tourists yearly, they enjoy their time partying in the capital "Beirut". So, they concider it as a pub or a night club. But what tourists don't know or usually ignore, is that there are people who spend their time also in the same places which attracts tourists. Insead of partying, they work there, humiliated, to live and feed their families. Mr. Abed is one of those heroes who work hardly, although he is still young, just to make his brothers and sisters live and go to school.

Ash to Ash, Dust to Dust

After Mr. Choubassi's insistence, I came up with this short video.
It is about how mankind is born, grow up, and pass through allot of changes and difficulties. He meets people, learn from them, and even imitate them. Some of us choose to have a piercing, others have a tattoo, but the main point of the whole universe is that at the end of our lives, our final destination is going to be a small chamber in the ground, under the name of our country, which is our home.
